THE BRAND
Barbosa is a family business established in San Miguel de Allende, a city in central Mexico, well known in the state of Guanajuato, is formed by brothers and sisters plus friends and co-workers, their family and a team that are making Barbosa their life's work.
Barbosa was born out of love, devotion and effort to capture the forms found in Mexico's diverse flora and fauna, as well as transforming concepts from a rich history of art, dating back to a time before the great discovery of America, and mixing them with different techniques and materials to create truly unique pieces that lend themselves to many fashion trends.

THE DESIGNER
Felipe Barbosa López, a native of San Miguel de Allende, is a person of great sensitivity: he likes to look at the moon in the sky, or the simple movement of the leaves on the trees, because he says that in everything he sees he finds creativity. He is an artist, designer and jeweler, founder of Barbosa Jewelry, a brand of great acceptance in Mexico and abroad that, directly or through other companies, has made personalities such as Robbie Williams, Rod Stewart and David Beckham wear his designs: the medallion of the hats worn by guitarist Carlos Santana is his most outstanding design.
